We are a bit too harsh with our bodies : diet, getting on weight, nice clothes but not enough "healthy" or cozy (arsh jeans, tight pants, high heels, wide snickers who enlarged foot...), not enough care (good moisturing, enough sleep...)...
But we can (yes, we can !) try to be our body's friend sometimes. There are several little thing that are nice to do, and make us feel good, or better .
1. Massage Every day after the shower, use a moisturing cream or oil (almond, avocado, apircot...) and from foot up to scalp, massage your body. Scalp message is really nice, I love it, and it help to get a nice strong and shiny hair.It is good for bloodstream ,to reduce cellulite, to have a firm body, and it is pleasureful ! 2.Sleep moreAfter a so nice massage, sleeping well is easier. While sleeping, the body rests, revitalize everything which need it (skin, organs...) and gain general energy. You'll be more nervous during the day, and have a nicer complexion !3. Drink drink drink !Obviously not alcohol, but water, herbal tea, tea, chicory (a lot of magnesium on it). Drinking enough, that is to say around 1,5litres (but don't oblige you to drink this amount if your body doesn't ask for it) wil help to have a nice complexion, and avoid headaches. Don't eat more than 3 litres if you don't want to destroy your kidneys.4.Eat more fruits and vegetablesThey are worth of vitamins ,minerals and water, and poor of calories : you can eat fruits and vegetables all day long if you want to without getting on weight ! It is a good way to feel good, since those vitamins are essential for your body and your global vitality (also intellectual one).5. Don't make up everydayIf you use make up everyday, your skin'll get damaged and at the age of 40, you'll have a lot of wrinkles. Try to use less foundation and to get good stuff (not brands stuff, GOOD stuff, organic if you can). Having a nice skin and a nice complexion naturally is the best way to get older on a gorgeous manner.6. Allow yourself to take some timeAllow you some time to take care of yourself and to relax. Get rid of stress for a moment, and enjoy doing nothing, going on nature or reading a magazin with a face-pack or nail pollish on your toes. The pressure will go down, your smile will rise up to your ear : zen, happy and pretty you'll be !
